6 years ago, Blanali started his work as a producer, mixing in his music the influence that bands like The Residents, Skinny Puppy and Future Sound of London had in him with the sound of jazz musicians as Charles Mingus and Steve Coleman. After working with the sequences for sometime he get close to the music of Plastikman, while as the works of Juan Atkins, Drexciya, Underground Resistance and Laurent Garnier, that made his sound become a mixture of the elements of rock and experimentation, with the plastic analogue sound of Detroit techno. He had worked with several projects, lo-fi/mono was one of them, mixing the sound of electro with two live guitarists and a vocalist, giving the shape of punk like Sonic Youth style. His most recent project is called R.A.D. and is conformed by Blanali and Sonico, they had been working for a year in breaks and techno sequences, with many guests for vocals as .Mina. and turntablism as Dj Ken. At this time, Blanali is considered as one of the Colombias top producers, making part of one of the most important crews of the country, the Bogota based Techsound, having gigs in clubs and festivals. His live act goes from the landscapes and textures of minimal to the hard sound of techno, all in a set perfect for the dancefloor.
