‘Los okapifantes son alegres animalitos que escondidos entre nuestra memoria, van comiéndose los recuerdos mas oscuros. Es por ello, por lo que siempre nos quedan los buenos momentos.

Todo el mundo sabe que las personas fallecemos (a pesar de seguir viviendo), en el momento que pesan más los recuerdos que las ilusiones. Es demasiado duro a veces asimilar los cambios y caprichos de la vida.

Este trabajo va orientado a todos esos momentos felices que nunca volverán. Me encanta mi vida y mis ilusiones pero me cuesta asimilar que nunca volveré por primera vez al colegio o que… esta sea la ultima piruleta que te regale.

Quiero crear un círculo donde poder encerrarme con todos esos momentos, bailar de la mano de todos ellos sin llorar al despedirme. Convertirnos en amantes de los encuentros. Saber vivir sin olvidar’.

Okapiphant es una obra en la que Carlo nos invita a conocer su círculo más íntimo de emociones y sentimientos donde la armonía con sus recuerdos y el equilibrio entre ellos y su forma de vivir nos deja este dulce y atemporal ‘Okapiphant L.p’.

Baldo de Neovinyl_Malaga elabora su remix de ‘Despues de nada’ en clave deep house donde su tempo y calidez nos muestran su forma de dibujar las coordenadas donde habita ese supuesto espacio vacío.

El Txef A remezcla ‘You are lost in my mind’, llevándonos a ese lugar donde la orientación ha muerto en pos de una riqueza creativa y musical que no se ciñe a nada.

Pedro de Tena, recientemente incorporado al roster de artistas de flumo, nos muestra en su remake de ‘Carmencita’ como su sensibilidad camina por senderos electrónicos donde lo orgánico nutre cada paso dado y cada horizonte marcado.

‘The okapiphants are joyous little animals that, hidden in our memory, eat our darkest rememberings. It is because of this that only good moments remain.

Everybody knows we all die, at the moment which memories outcome illusions. Sometimes it is too hard to assimilate changes and life’s hazards.

This work is oriented to those happy moments that will never happen again. I love my life and my expectations but for me it’s difficult to realize the fact that I will never return to school or… that maybe this will be the last candy I will give you.

I want to create a bubble where I can put all the good things and stay there, to dance hand by hand with them, instead of crying or say goodbye. To become meeting-lovers. To know how to live without forget’.

Okapiphant is a creation by Carlo which invite us to meet his inner circle of emotions and feelings, where harmony and equilibrium reside among them, leaving us this sweet and timeless ‘Okapiphant L.p’.

Baldo from Neovinyl_Malaga elaborates his ‘Despues de nada’ remix in deep house key, where tempo and tenderness show his ways drawing coordinates in an hypothetical vacuum.

El Txef A remixes ‘You are lost in my mind’, taking us to that place where orientation is dead, and in its places arises a rich musical creativity free from all bounds.

Pedro de Tena recently joined flumo artists roster. He show us his remake of `Carmencita’ with his sensibility flowing by electronic paths where the organic nourishes every given step and every traced.
